I feel that I have been a doula all of my life. It is after training with CAPPA that I can officially wear the title. I have always been the go-to babysitter, a friend when help is needed, and the mom with the answers.

I have enjoyed raising my two beautiful daughters with my husband, Joel. Being a mother is my number one job, and I wouldn't change it for anything.

Many describe doulas as "mothers who mother other mothers!"  Having an experienced, trained woman assist you into motherhood is a gift I hope to give.

Day to day I am an optimistic, upbeat lady. However, when it comes to labor and birth I am transformed into a calm, caring, supportive individual who is entirely focused on the laboring woman and her partner.

Working with me will prove to be fun, informational, and memorable.
